Sometimes you work with a client who reminds you of why you’re doing what you’re doing.  This was one such client for me.  Now I’m recharged, filled with the excitement and joy of helping a first-time homebuyer get into a house she loves! I love real estate and the opportunities it provides people for not only increasing their net worths, but also just plain feeling AT HOME.
