POOLESVILLE DAY IS THIS SATURDAY!!! The Cash for Clunkers program has gained a great deal of media attention – whether you think it is a great idea or the stupidest thing ever, short sale investors should make a mental note. While a program directed at vehicles may not initially appear to matter to those that invest in real estate, the trend in economic planning is what deserves more attention. Great turnout and beautiful weather for the Women’s Giving Circle event! Sometimes you work with a client who reminds you of why you’re doing what you’re doing. This was one such client for me. In light of the current economy, families are re-prioritizing and finding ways to do more with less. When it comes to housing, some families are also deciding that less is more. On May 22, 2009, Laura presented the fourth annual Bob Kittleman Scholarship in honor of her dad. This year’s scholarship was awarded to Courtney Knill of Glenelg High School.
